friendly staff great location chipped paint single beds
the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location is also great, quiet but still really close to the city center!!!
I found chipped paint in the bathroom. It was a bummer. the double bed i paid extra for seemed like two single beds pushed together, not cool!!!

cooked options fresh fruit powerful shower
The breakfast included tasty cooked options and a great variety of fresh fruit. The staff gave us a warm welcome and offered help with bags, it was really nice. The room had a vanity mirror and a powerful shower, so convenient for getting ready.
The hotel corridors had a faint smell.

fine stay!
thoughtful touch powerful shower warm welcome
adam greeted us with a warm welcome and even offered to carry our bags to the room! the room was amazing with a beautiful vanity mirror, a great extending mirror, and a super powerful shower. we also got a welcome note and a complimentary gift, such a thoughtful touch. robes and slippers were also provided, awesome for the spa!
i was expecting a comfortable stay. however, the room was seriously below expectations. the furniture was dirty. also, there were marks on the duvet cover.

gentle music played in the courtyard outside. it created a desirable ambiance. the hotel lobby was tastefully decorated and the courtyard was lovely, and a lovely smell was throughout the hotel.

the breakfast selection included continental and cooked options. there was a great variety. everything was so fresh and delicious. cooked options were tasty too. the selection of bread, fruit, and sweet treats included amazing jam.
